Mission Is a Journey.

Today's basic education is accessible to all through government schemes — but "skill-infused education," which was once naturally embedded in the traditional Gurukulam system, is largely missing from modern classrooms education system — especially in Government schools serving only for the underprivileged communities.

As a result, today both educated and uneducated youth enter the job market every year without adequate foundational soft skills. In Tamil Nadu alone, lakhs of job seekers emerge annually — some equipped with certain soft skills through family upbringing, some get softskills induced by observing the relatives and social background — unfortunately the majority lack even the minimum soft skills required to succeed in a professional role.

This has created a widening gap between the nation's human resource capacity and its skill-equipped human resource demand.

Closing the Gap

Bridging this exact gap — between raw human resource and skill-ready human resource — is the unending, long-term mission behind this "Skill Development Training" initiative.

Through this initiative, we envision the youth of Tamil Nadu developing strong soft skills, practical knowledge, leadership qualities, and multi-disciplinary capabilities. 04 — PROFILE OF THE PROMOTER

B. Veeraputhiran

Founder & Skill Trainer — 44 years across leadership roles in private, public-sector, and government-linked organizations.

The Bhagavad Gita teaches that we bring nothing material into this world, and can take nothing as material with us when we leave — except the brain given by the creator, and the wisdom accumulated through a lived experience. That wisdom, gathered over a lifetime, is otherwise lost forever — un-decoded, like data on a hard disk no one can access.

Inspired by the life and mission of former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam who spent his final years freely sharing his life's experience with the next generation, right up until his last moments on stage, the founder resolved to do the same: share 65 years of experience and hard-gained success stories with the next generation, for as long as possible.

Career Timeline

1982–1994 — Began career in a multinational company at entry/trainee level; rose through 12 years of proven track records to Sr. Manager, learning soft skills through hands-on experience.
1994 — Became an entrepreneur; self-funded and established an engineering manufacturing unit and a software development company.
1994–2017 — Ran both ventures successfully for 23 years, serving leading corporate’s, Public Limited sector, Media and Government Institutions etc...
1982–2026 — Held senior leadership positions: General Manager, Vice President, Consultant, and Managing Director across diverse sectors.

Mechanical Engineering (base qualification), supplemented by 44 years of cross-industry leadership experience.
